Kamco-BNK Financial, Strengthening Cooperation in Ethical Management
‘Integrity and Ethical Management Council’ Held
Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) announced on the 25th that it held the 'Integrity and Ethical Management Council for the Expansion and Cooperation of Integrity and Ethical Management in the Private Sector' with BNK Financial Group and Busan Bank at its headquarters in the Busan International Financial Center.
At the council meeting, Kim Jang-rae, Head of Compliance Management at KAMCO, Jeon Jin-hee, Head of Ethical Management at BNK Financial Group, and other officials shared outstanding policy cases of integrity and ethical management from each institution and key tasks to be promoted in 2025, and discussed cooperation tasks for fostering an ethical culture in the local community.
This council meeting is the first cooperation case with private companies in the local area following the launch of the Busan regional public institution ethical management council in August 2023. It was promoted to strengthen the cooperation system for integrity and ethical management between institutions and to promote the spread of an ethical culture in the local community.

Kim Jang-rae, Head of Compliance Management at KAMCO, said, “I hope this council meeting will be an important starting point for the expansion and cooperation of integrity and ethical management in the private sector,” adding, “Going forward, KAMCO will contribute to fostering an ethical culture in the local community through cooperation with the public and private sectors and will advance as a transparent public institution trusted by the people.”
