A Better Joins Hands with M&Cos to Innovate K-Beauty Distribution
Creating New Growth Engines for the Cosmetics Industry
Data-driven e-commerce solution company A-Better announced on the 25th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with cosmetics manufacturing company M&Cos. Through this agreement, both companies plan to innovate the entire manufacturing, distribution, and sales process of the cosmetics industry and present a new growth model.
A-Better is an e-commerce specialized company operating distribution and sales businesses on Coupang and Amazon, developing marketing solutions that enhance sales performance. M&Cos is a cosmetics manufacturing and research & development (R&D) specialized company, possessing proven product development and production expertise through a diverse brand portfolio.
Through this collaboration, both companies aim to support cosmetics brands that have excellent product capabilities but face difficulties in market expansion. Based on A-Better’s consumer data analysis, they will provide optimal matching between brands and manufacturers to realize efficient product development and distribution.
In particular, A-Better is actively pursuing expansion into global e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, starting with Amazon. To this end, they are accelerating their entry into the global market by establishing overseas offices and recruiting global e-commerce platform experts. Based on the excellent product capabilities secured through cooperation with M&Cos, they also plan to build differentiated localization strategies tailored to overseas consumer demand.
