Jangseong County Accepts Applications for Small Business Support Program Until the 28th
Support in Four Areas Including Store Improvement, Rent, and Loan Interest
Some Programs Available Without Annual Sales Limit
Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do is accepting applications for small business support programs until the 28th.
According to the county on the 25th, this year's support areas include four categories: store management improvement, store rent, loan interest difference compensation, and credit guarantee insurance fee support.
The store management improvement support covers 50% of the total cost, up to a maximum of 5 million KRW, for improving promotional items such as signs, exterior walls, interior decorations, and packaging materials. Eligible applicants are small business owners who opened before February 12, 2022, and have been in business for more than three years.
The store rent support targets those who started their business after February 11, 2022, and provides up to 4 million KRW. The loan interest difference compensation program supports up to 2 million KRW at an annual interest rate of 3% for up to three years.
The credit guarantee insurance fee support provides up to 1 million KRW during the guarantee period. Both the loan interest difference compensation and credit guarantee insurance fee support are available to small business owners who have not previously received the same support, regardless of their business start date. However, applicants must first consult with the Naju branch of the Jeonnam Credit Guarantee Foundation to check their eligibility for the guarantee.
Applications should be submitted with the required documents to the Population and Economy Office at the county office. For more details, refer to the announcements section on the county's official website.
County Governor Kim Hanjong stated, "The management difficulties faced by small business owners are severe," and added, "We will actively pursue tailored support to help revitalize local commercial districts."
