Gyeonggi-do to Hold Real Estate Conference on the 27th in Suwon to Prevent Jeonse Fraud
Gyeonggi Province will hold the Gyeonggi Safe Jeonse Project 'Real Estate Conference 2025' on the 27th at the Teleconvention Center of Gyeonggi University in Suwon to prevent Jeonse fraud and create a safe real estate transaction environment.
This conference is part of the 'Safe Jeonse Project,' which is promoted in cooperation with Gyeonggi Province, city and county governments, the Korea Association of Realtors, and real estate proptech companies. It is designed to share policies and new technologies for preventing Jeonse fraud and revitalizing safe real estate transactions, as well as to strengthen the professionalism of licensed realtors.
The conference will proceed with activities such as reading a pledge of practice, a performance to prevent Jeonse damage, educational programs, and operation of promotional booths.
The first part of the event includes a performance themed on preventing Jeonse fraud damage, awarding licensed realtor commendations, and reading the pledge of commitment. This will be followed by thematic presentations in four sections. The second part consists of an in-depth educational program on the role of licensed realtors in the Safe Jeonse Project and the operation plan for the Safe Jeonse Management Team.
In the lobby of the venue, 10 promotional booths introducing the latest real estate technologies and policies will be operated, providing attendees with opportunities to directly experience the latest trends and new technologies in the real estate market and exchange information.
Gyeonggi Province plans to use this conference as an opportunity to establish a culture of safe real estate transactions and to activate the Safe Jeonse Project for preventing Jeonse damage.
Anyone residing in the province and licensed realtors can attend this event. Participation registration is conducted via a QR code. The event will also be broadcast live online through Gyeonggi Province’s official YouTube channel, allowing online participation.
