When You Search for Inquiries in the Customer Center
Carrot, a leading local community platform in Korea, announced on the 21st that it has introduced a ‘Customer Center AI Search and Summary Function’ to help users quickly and easily find answers to their inquiries while using the service.
This feature was introduced to allow users to conveniently find answers to questions that arise during the use of various services available on Carrot, including secondhand trading, neighborhood life, gatherings, and job searching. For some frequently asked questions, users can skip the process of waiting for a response after submitting an inquiry and resolve issues immediately, which is expected to enhance the customer center experience.
When users enter their questions in the search bar at the top of the customer center page, the AI provides appropriate answers based on Carrot’s guidelines and policy information. Additionally, it offers related search results, such as links to the guidelines used in the answers, allowing users to check more detailed information with a single search.
