Chairman Seo is scheduled to participate in the 137th degree conferment ceremony held at the Millennium Hall Grand Theater on the Seoul campus of Konkuk University on the 21st, where he will give a congratulatory address to the graduates.
Seo is a member of the class of '77 in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Konkuk University. He is known for his deep affection for the school, having given several special lectures there. In October last year, he also donated 1 billion KRW to the "Konkuk Development Fund for the Establishment of a One-Health Cluster."

Born on October 23, 1957, in Cheongju, Chungbuk, Chairman Seo graduated from Incheon Jemulpo High School and Konkuk University's Department of Industrial Engineering. He also earned a master's degree from the same university's Graduate School of Industry. He began his career at Samsung Electro-Mechanics in 1983 and moved to Daewoo Motors in 1992, where he served as an executive.
