Jeju Air Donates Entire ESG Management Prize to Jeju Boyukwon
Jeju Air announced on the 20th that it donated the prize money from its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management award to Jeju Boyukwon.

View original imageJeju Air received the Minister of Environment Award at the '2024 Green Management and Green Finance Excellent Companies Awards Ceremony' hosted by the Ministry of Environment last year. The entire prize money of 5 million KRW was donated to Jeju Boyukwon, giving back to the local community.
The donated funds will be used to purchase school uniforms, stationery, and other necessary supplies for about 50 students at Jeju Boyukwon who are preparing for the new school year and semester.

Jeju Air has maintained a sisterhood relationship with Jeju Boyukwon since 2007, continuing the connection for 19 years. The volunteer group 'Bonguri,' composed of Jeju Air flight attendants, visits Jeju Boyukwon weekly to conduct English classes, and since 2022, they have also offered special classes in piano, Chinese, and Japanese.
