View original imageThe Jeonnam branch of Nonghyup is conducting a mutual growth training program for new employees of local Nonghyup branches at the Gurye Training Center from the 19th for three days, aiming to establish Nonghyup's identity and promote a proper understanding of agriculture and rural communities.
The mutual growth training for new employees was first implemented in Jeonnam nationwide and is being held for the fourth time this year.
This training program includes topics such as ▲Cooperative Identity ▲New Employee Mind-set ▲Followership for cooperating with leaders ▲Wise Nonghyup Life, all designed to help new employees adapt well to Nonghyup. In particular, there was also a discussion session among new employees on the public value of agriculture and ways to increase agricultural income.
Lee Gwangil, head of Jeonnam Nonghyup, stated, "It is the mission of Nonghyup executives and employees to improve the quality of life for farmers by strengthening agricultural competitiveness," and urged, "As new employees, please clearly recognize Nonghyup's identity, take the lead in change and innovation, and strive to realize a new Nonghyup in Korea."
