This event was planned for the first time this year to welcome the transferred public officials who will become key members in the provincial administration and to help them smoothly adapt to the organization.
The morning session included a welcome speech by Kim Seong-jung, the First Deputy Governor of Gyeonggi Province, a special lecture on major Gyeonggi provincial policies by Heo Nam-seok, Director of Policy Planning, and a special lecture on the history of Gyeonggi Province by Dr. Yoo Hyun-joo, sharing the vision, values, past, and present of Gyeonggi Province.
In the afternoon, the General Affairs Division and the Human Resources Division provided guidance on welfare, service, and personnel systems. Afterwards, a talk concert was held to facilitate communication between senior and junior public officials, with five senior public officials including Kim Sang-su, Director of the Gyeonggi Provincial Autonomous Administration Bureau, participating as panelists to answer questions from the transferred employees about life at the Gyeonggi Provincial Government.
