The regular general meeting was held at the SETEC Convention Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with about 200 member companies of the association in attendance. The association presented 'Innobiz, the center of technological innovation' as the key focus for this year and announced major plans including ▲strengthening communication and cooperation among member companies ▲expanding technology finance for members based on technology evaluation capabilities ▲enhancing international cooperation centered on emerging countries ▲and expanding its role as a specialized Innobiz educational institution.

The Innobiz Association plans to establish industry-specific member groups such as global and artificial intelligence transformation (AX), expand online-based Innobiz promotional channels, and strengthen communication with members by utilizing a network of nine branches nationwide. Through this, it aims to activate policy recommendation activities and accelerate the development of various content for member companies.

Additionally, through specialized personnel based on the 'Innobiz Technology Certification Evaluation Team,' the association will conduct technology value evaluations and continuously hold IR events that provide meeting opportunities between Innobiz companies and investors, thereby strengthening the support system for attracting technology finance. It also plans to expand international cooperation focusing on ASEAN markets such as Indonesia, where demand for smart manufacturing and digital transformation is rapidly increasing, and support entry into the North American market by utilizing Korean networks such as the Federation of Korean Chambers of Commerce in the Americas, with which a business agreement was signed earlier this year.

Alongside this, the association will solidify its role as a 'specialized Innobiz educational institution' by promoting programs such as next-generation managers, ESG & carbon neutrality, and practical training for the Public Procurement Service, providing full-cycle support from ISO education to certification.

Meanwhile, prior to the regular general meeting, Lim Gi-geun, Commissioner of the Public Procurement Service, delivered a special lecture titled 'The Path of Public Procurement in 2025.' The session included discussions on government public procurement support policies and ways to expand the procurement market for Innobiz companies. Following this, an appointment ceremony was held for advisors Han Man-woo (Member of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing City Era Committee), Kim Jin-hyun (CEO of Geumjin), Ha Young-jae (CEO of Dongbang Data Technology), Shin Oh-sik (Chairman of Iljin & Kiwi Communication), and Park Ji-yoon (CEO of Jiin Co., Ltd.).

Jung Kwang-cheon, President of the Innobiz Association, said, "Over the past year, the association has continuously strived to practice communication, participation, connection, cooperation, growth, and development among member companies." He added, "This year as well, we will expand our role as a spokesperson for the sustainable growth of member companies by conveying policy issues of Innobiz companies and preparing improvement measures."
