[Photo] 'Forced Repatriation of Defector Fishermen' Jeong Eui-yong, Seo Hoon, and Noh Young-min, First Trial Sentencing Deferred
Seo Hoon, former Director of the National Intelligence Service, Jeong Eui-yong, former National Security Office Director, and Noh Young-min, former Presidential Chief of Staff (from left), are making a statement after the first trial verdict on the forced repatriation case of North Korean fishermen at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 19th. On that day, the court sentenced Jeong Eui-yong and Seo Hoon to a 10-month suspended prison sentence, and Noh Young-min to a 6-month suspended prison sentence. A suspended sentence postpones the pronouncement of the sentence, and if two years pass from the suspension date, it is effectively treated as if the incident never occurred.
