Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 19th that it conducted a 'Regular Safety and Health Education for Active Workers' at the Sancheong Culture and Arts Center.
More than 400 participants received education on topics such as risk assessment, material safety data sheets, and health examinations. Winter safety promotional items were also distributed to emphasize safe work practices during the cold weather.
In particular, County Governor Lee Seung-hwa visited the education site to inspect and communicate with workers, listening to their various opinions.
Sancheong-gun plans to protect workers' health and safety and create a safe working environment through continuous education and support, including 16 regular training sessions annually.
