Cheongsong Girls' High School in Gyeongbuk (Principal Kim Dae-heung) won first place in the women's doubles event at the 2025 Korea Middle and High School Badminton Federation National Student Championship held on the 15th at the Miryang Badminton Stadium in Miryang, Gyeongnam.

View original imageIn the women's doubles event, which was conducted with group league matches followed by a tournament among the first-place teams of each group, the team of Kim Min-kyung and Jung Min-kyo (Cheongsong Girls' High School) defeated the team of Go Ga-young and Hong Seo-hyun (Jeju Girls' High School) 2:0 to claim the championship.
The mixed doubles team of Kwak Min-a (Cheongsong Girls' High School) and Kang Seung-hyun (Gumi City Sports Council), who reached the finals, also won the gold medal by defeating the team of Jo Dong-bin (Jeju Sadaebu High School) and Hong Seo-hyun (Jeju Girls' High School) with a score of 2:1.
Additionally, Lee Chae-won, a first-year student at Cheongsong Girls' High School who participated in the individual singles event, finished as runner-up after a close 1:2 loss in the finals, and the doubles team of Kwak Min-a and Kang Yu-min (Cheongsong Girls' High School) placed third.
