Jinan County Recruiting Participants for Unjangsan Gorosoe Festival Program

Jinan County in Jeonbuk is accepting applications for participants in the 21st Jinan Plateau Unjangsan Gorosoe Festival programs on a first-come, first-served basis until the 28th.
According to the county on the 18th, the program currently being recruited is "Let's Go! Gorosoe Forest Exploration Team," which allows participants to experience gorosoe sap collection, forest play, and eco-friendly crafts all at once, making it a popular attraction among visitors every year.

View original imageIn response, the festival committee has expanded the program from four sessions over two days last year to six sessions this year.
To apply, simply submit the application form posted in the notices section on the Jinan County website by the 28th, following the specified procedures. Anyone interested in participating in the ecological exploration is eligible, and the total number of teams is limited to 30.
In addition, this year's festival will feature a variety of new programs centered around gorosoe, such as a hands-on experience making gochujang using gorosoe sap (on-site registration), as well as various other experiences, performances, and food, creating a vibrant festival atmosphere for visitors.
Nam Guihyeon, head of the festival committee, said, "We have expanded the program offerings for everyone who always shows interest in the Jinan Plateau Unjangsan Gorosoe Festival," adding, "We will do our best to help you create wonderful memories."
Meanwhile, the 21st Jinan Plateau Unjangsan Gorosoe Festival is scheduled to be held at the Unilam Banilam area from April 8th to 9th.
