Baekseok University Establishes Study Abroad Center in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Joint Promotion of International Exchange with Whitestone Study Abroad Agency
Baekseok University announced on the 17th that it has established a study abroad center at the Whitestone Study Abroad Agency in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
The plaque unveiling ceremony was attended by Lee Gyeyoung, Vice President for External Cooperation at Baekseok University, and Kim Byeongcheon, CEO of the study abroad agency.
According to the agreement, the two institutions will use the study abroad center as a base to promote academic and personnel exchanges with major universities in Vietnam and to attract and promote international students.
Vice President Lee Gyeyoung said, "With the establishment of this center, we expect to attract outstanding students from the southern region of Vietnam," adding, "We hope the opening of this study abroad center will serve as an opportunity to strengthen mutual exchange."
Meanwhile, Baekseok University plans to expand its international exchanges not only with Vietnam but also throughout Asia.
