Gwangju Office of Education Distributes 'Easy-to-Understand School Accounting QnA'
Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 17th that it will distribute the booklet "Easy-to-Understand School Accounting Q&A" for faculty and staff to use in the new school year.
The booklet contains a variety of information, from budget planning to execution, to not only resolve questions about school accounting but also to make it easy to use in actual work.
In addition, moving away from the previous guides that focused mainly on school accounting staff, the booklet includes 245 customized Q&A examples centered on practical issues such as business promotion expenses, instructor fees, and travel expenses, which are of high interest in schools, so that even beginner teachers can easily understand school budgets and expenditures.
The booklet will be distributed in February to schools in the Gwangju area, as well as to the main office and education support offices.
Superintendent Lee Jungseon said, "We hope that this booklet will help faculty and staff better understand school accounting and actively apply it in practice," adding, "We will continue to develop and distribute practical materials needed in the field of education."
