Yeongju-si Earns 'Excellent' Grade in Data-Driven Administration Performance Evaluation

Advancing as a Leader in Scientific Administration
Yeongju City (Mayor Park Nam-seo) received an excellent rating in the '2024 Data-Based Administration Inspection' conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The city has risen one level from a 'normal' rating last year, advancing as a city leading data-driven scientific administration.
This inspection is a system in which the Ministry of the Interior and Safety evaluates the data utilization capabilities of 679 institutions, including central administrative agencies and local governments, based on 10 detailed indicators in ▲data analysis and utilization ▲data sharing ▲management systems.
Yeongju City achieved an outstanding result by scoring 96.5 points, significantly surpassing the overall institution average of 59.5 points in this evaluation.
Mayor Park Nam-seo of Yeongju City said, "This evaluation result is the outcome of Yeongju City's continuous efforts to realize data-based scientific administration," adding, "We will continue administrative innovation using data to provide citizens with more reliable policies and services."
