EyesVision Acquires Management Rights of Fine Dust Reduction Specialist Company ‘Litco’
EyesVision announced on the 17th that it will acquire management rights of Ritco, a company specializing in technology and expertise in the field of fine dust reduction.
This acquisition is expected to be the first step for EyesVision to actively expand its business into the environmental sector beyond its existing telecommunications service (MVNO) business.
EyesVision has pursued sustainable growth through portfolio diversification based on stable profitability and management capabilities in the telecommunications business.
Through its core subsidiaries, Mercury, a specialized information and communication equipment company, and Ejex, an Internet of Things (IoT) specialist, EyesVision has expanded its telecommunications device (AP) sector and smart home IoT solutions in the global market, and plans to create new opportunities in the environmental business through this Ritco acquisition.
Ritco provides integrated systems for infrastructure projects and control systems for industrial plants based on engineering solutions.
It is the only domestic company that possesses core technology for a bidirectional electrostatic precipitator that removes fine dust generated in subway tunnels, platforms, and inside trains. The bidirectional electrostatic precipitator field owned by the company is positively evaluated for maintaining a competitive edge in a relatively stable market environment.
EyesVision is planning a three-step strategy through this acquisition: optimizing existing businesses, introducing new businesses, and expanding into the global market.
By combining information and communication technology (ICT) with environmental technology, EyesVision provides smart environmental monitoring, safety systems, and eco-friendly solutions. With numerous advanced new technologies such as intelligent sensors, real-time data analysis, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based control technology, the company will expand its environmental business as a new business model centered on technology leadership in the market.
