Democratic Party Proposes 35 Trillion Won Supplementary Budget... Oh Se-hoon Calls It "A Name-Changed Livelihood Recovery Fund, Deceiving the People"
Criticizing "Deceptive Behavior Toward the People"
On the 15th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon criticized the additional supplementary budget proposal worth 35 trillion won proposed by the Democratic Party of Korea, saying, "They have just renamed the livelihood recovery support fund as consumption coupons and brought it back again."
In a post on Facebook that day, Mayor Oh stated, "This supplementary budget proposal by the Democratic Party once again revealed the true nature of Representative Lee Jae-myung," and pointed out, "They allocated 13 trillion won for cash-type local currency distribution, ignored the Semiconductor Special Act, and only allocated 5 trillion won for AI semiconductor support as a token measure, which is less than half of the local currency budget."
