SK Appoints Jung Hyung-rak, CEO of Doosan Fuel Cell, as New CEO of North America Subsidiary Passkey

SK Innovation E&S announced on the 14th that it has appointed Jeong Hyung-rak, former CEO of Doosan Fuel Cell, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its U.S. energy subsidiary, Passkey.
Born in 1969, the new CEO Jeong earned bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from Harvard University and Brown University in the United States. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey and other firms before moving to Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction in 2011 as Executive Vice President in charge of strategic planning.
After serving as CEO of Doosan Fuel Cell America in 2019, he served as CEO of Doosan Fuel Cell from 2021 to 2024, leading Doosan Group's hydrogen business.
