Hwaseong-si, Recruiting Suppliers for Hometown Love Donation Program Gifts Until the 28th
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting suppliers for hometown love donation return gifts until the 28th.
The city explained that it is recruiting suppliers to provide satisfactory benefits to donors and to revitalize the hometown love donation system.
The recruitment fields include agricultural and livestock products, seafood, processed foods, daily necessities, tourism and service products reflecting local characteristics. Companies wishing to apply must prepare the relevant documents within the application period and submit them by visiting the city hall. The city plans to select suppliers through document review and deliberation by the city's return gift selection committee.
Selected companies will sign a contract with the city, register their return gifts in the 'Hometown Love e-um System,' and supply return gifts to donors until December of this year.

The hometown love donation system allows individuals to donate up to 20 million KRW annually to local governments other than their address. Donations can be made through the Hometown Love e-um website or by visiting any NongHyup branch nationwide. Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and amounts exceeding 100,000 KRW receive a 16.5% tax deduction. Donors can especially receive return gifts worth 30% of their donation amount.
