LG CNS and Dell Technologies Join Hands... Full-Scale AI Infrastructure Construction Begins
Combining the Technological Strengths of Both Companies to Support Enterprise AI Transformation
Participating as the Korean Partner of the Dell AI Factory
LG CNS is partnering with global IT company Dell Technologies to assist enterprises in adopting artificial intelligence (AI). On the 13th, LG CNS announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dell Technologies at its Magok headquarters to collaborate on AI infrastructure (hardware and software).
This agreement holds special significance as LG CNS will participate as the Korean partner of the 'Dell AI Factory.' The Dell AI Factory is an AI ecosystem created by Dell, comprising various technologies and equipment such as high-performance graphics processing units (GPUs) and large language models (LLMs). By leveraging this, LG CNS will support the AI transformation of domestic companies, thereby enhancing its AI technological capabilities.
LG CNS plans to cultivate AI infrastructure experts through technical training provided by Dell Technologies. Furthermore, discussions will be held on combining LG CNS’s generative AI technology, the ‘DAP GenAI Platform,’ and LG AI Research Institute’s ultra-large AI ‘EXAONE’ with the Dell AI Factory.
Since 2022, LG CNS has been operating a technical organization for advanced hardware infrastructure projects such as high-performance computing (HPC). Additionally, it is conducting generative AI service projects through its enterprise AI specialized organization, the ‘AI Center.’
