Sacheon City, South Gyeongsang Province, held a progress report meeting on major pending projects for 2025 in the main conference room at City Hall.
At the meeting held on February 12, in-depth discussions took place to explore the city's development direction by reviewing the progress, challenges, and future plans of 39 projects from 18 departments, including the three major transportation networks (international airport, aerospace railway network, expressway network), the Special Act on the Aerospace Complex City, and the creation of the Yi Sun-sin Victory Pilgrimage Trail.

View original imageMayor Park Dongsik presided over the meeting, urging each department to establish more systematic implementation plans for their respective projects and to focus administrative efforts on ensuring smooth progress through close cooperation with the National Assembly, central government ministries, and South Gyeongsang Province.
He also emphasized that this year marks the first anniversary of the establishment of the Korea Aerospace Administration, the 30th anniversary of Sacheon City's integration, and the "Visit Sacheon Year." He called on all employees to approach their work with a strong sense of duty and a proactive attitude during this important period.
Meanwhile, Sacheon City plans to make every effort to ensure that tangible benefits are delivered to citizens through ongoing monitoring and management following this meeting.
