Jeonnam Nonghyup Achieves First Place Nationwide in 2024 Guidance Project Evaluation
Achieving a Remarkable Feat for Three Consecutive Years
The Jeonnam branch of NongHyup has achieved first place nationwide for three consecutive years in the 2024 Comprehensive Guidance Project Evaluation (Regional Headquarters Division).
According to Jeonnam NongHyup on the 9th, in the comprehensive evaluation of agricultural cooperative guidance projects, Heungyang NongHyup (President Cho Seongmun), Gwangyang NongHyup (President Heo Soongu), and Naju Pear Horticultural NongHyup (President Lee Donghee) all ranked first nationwide. Palyeong NongHyup (President Ko Jungseok) took second place nationwide, while Nokdong NongHyup (President Jeong Jongyeon) ranked third. In addition, in the rural welfare sector evaluation, Yeongam NongHyup (President Park Dosang) received first place nationwide.
The Comprehensive Guidance Project Evaluation is a system that assesses over 40 items, including farming education, agricultural labor supply, practical support for farmers, and farmer welfare projects, to select and award offices that best fulfill NongHyup's core mission.
Jeonnam NongHyup received high marks for operating various programs such as customized rural welfare promotion projects for vulnerable farming households, support for stable farming activities, fostering young farmers, and implementing public seasonal labor projects.
