Hwasun-gun Selected as 'Top Institution for Civil Service' for Two Consecutive Years

View original imageHwasun-gun has been selected as the top institution for two consecutive years by receiving the highest grade in the '2024 Civil Service Evaluation'.
This evaluation was jointly organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. Hwasun-gun received the 'A' grade, which places it in the top 10% among 307 evaluated institutions nationwide.
Hwasun-gun received excellent evaluations for the civil affairs achievements of the institution head, the provision of civil services for socially disadvantaged groups such as foreigners and people with disabilities, and prompt verification and inspection of civil complaint processing. These results were achieved through internal activities such as meetings with civil affairs officials and various communication channels to address residents' concerns.
Additionally, Hwasun-gun received high scores in the areas of the National Petition Portal evaluation, systematic operation of civil complaint systems, and the provision of on-site permit guidance services. As a result, the county will receive a commendation from the Minister of the Interior and Safety as well as special grants.
Kim Sunseung, head of the Civil Affairs and Welfare Division, stated, "Being selected as the top institution in the comprehensive civil service evaluation for two consecutive years serves as an opportunity for us to continue our utmost efforts to provide civil services that residents can truly feel and empathize with."
