for 'CINEV,' an AI-Powered 3D Video Solution
Cinnamon, the developer of the 3D-based artificial intelligence (AI) video solution 'CINEV,' announced on the 5th that it has secured new investments worth 11 billion KRW. Altos Ventures and Saehan Startup Investment participated in this round, with Altos continuing its relationship as an existing investor through this second investment.
Cinnamon is a video production startup that hybridizes AI and 3D technologies. Since its founding in 2019, it has focused on advancing technology in the interactive gaming sector. The new solution currently under development, CINEV, transforms user-inputted stories into videos within a virtual 3D space using AI technology. Users can edit actors' performances, camera direction, lighting, backgrounds, and more according to their preferences.
A Cinnamon representative stated, "This investment has provided the company with growth momentum to compete in the global AI market. We will focus on launching the service stably in the first half of this year and delivering the unique usability and convenience that only CINEV offers to our customers."
