Dongmyeong University Holds Performance Sharing Meeting for Customized Employment Service Project for Current Students
Dongmyung University Career Plus Center held a performance sharing meeting on the 3rd at Avani Central Busan to review the achievements of the customized employment service project for enrolled students, plan for the next year, and promote linkage and activation of youth employment policy projects.

View original imageThe report session proceeded with presentations on excellent cases and achievements of the 2024 university career plus center customized employment service project for enrolled students, awards for outstanding participants, sharing of operation cases from other universities, and a special lecture on industrial and employment trends for 2025.
About 40 people attended the event, including the Director of Industry-Academy Education at Dongmyung University, staff of the Career Plus Center, Busan Economic Promotion Agency, the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam University Career Plus Center Council, CNP Education Consulting, outstanding participating students of the customized employment service project for enrolled students, and employment success partner companies such as First In Job and Busan Yale Vocational School.
Park Ji-yoon, a student in the Department of Pet Grooming and Behavior Correction who participated in the Build-Up Project, said, “There are various scholarship systems supporting students and programs like Jaematgo (Customized Employment Service for Enrolled Students), so I was able to focus on activities without burden.”
Jung Do-geun, a student majoring in Information and Communication Software who participated in the Jump-Up Project, shared his thoughts, saying, “By participating in the customized employment service project for enrolled students, such as company visits, I was able to apply what I gained to the internship tasks and adapt smoothly.”

Shin Dong-seok, Director of Industry-Academy Education at Dongmyung University and head of the Career Plus Center, said, “This year, we newly operated the customized employment service project for enrolled students, enabling tailored employment support according to each student’s level of preparation. Going forward, we will continue to provide practical support to enrolled students through networking with the local community and collaboration with employment success partner companies.”
