Daejeon City to Operate Promotion Booth at Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan

Daejeon City announced that it will set up and operate a tourism promotion booth at the Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan, which opens on the 4th.
The Sapporo Snow Festival is the representative festival of Sapporo, a sister city of Daejeon. Last year, the festival attracted as many as 2,389,000 visitors over eight days, highlighting its immense popularity.
The Daejeon promotion booth, designed with the Kkumssi Family theme, is expected to catch the eyes of global tourists attending the festival and promote Daejeon.
At the booth, there will be a photo exhibition introducing Daejeon's nature, culture, and festivals, as well as a special exhibition commemorating the 15th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Daejeon and Sapporo. Visitors can also learn about the Kkumssi Family through a photo zone and a display of goods, and receive various Kkumssi Family souvenirs such as postcards, name tags, and keyrings through special events.
The promotion booth will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until the 11th.
