To ensure faster processing of civil petitions, the comprehensive civil service office has been separated into two dedicated divisions: the Building Permit Division and the Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division. As a result, the existing publication room was remodeled to secure additional office space.
This reorganization of the civil service office has created a better working environment for staff. Ultimately, it is expected to provide better administrative services to county residents.
A resident who visited the civil service office said, "The office has become brighter and more pleasant, and the staff handle their work kindly in an organized atmosphere, which is very satisfying."
A county official stated, "Along with improving the work environment, we will strive to provide even faster and more courteous civil services so that everyone who visits the office feels welcomed."
