"Revealed Falsehoods Through Facebook Posts and Misled the Media"
The Seoul Western District Court has filed a complaint against Shinpyeong, a lawyer known as President Yoon Seok-yeol's mentor. This is due to Shinpyeong's claim on Facebook on the 23rd that Chief Judge Cha Eun-kyung of the Western District Court, who issued an arrest warrant against President Yoon, attended a rally supporting impeachment.

He added, "Chief Judge Cha secretly hid her identity and illegally issued the warrant."
In response, the Supreme Court immediately issued a statement on the same day, fully refuting these claims by saying, "Upon verification, it is clearly false." The Court Administration Office under the Supreme Court stated, "According to confirmation by the Seoul Western District Court Public Relations Officer, Chief Judge Cha has never attended any rally supporting impeachment."
As the controversy grew, lawyer Shinpyeong revised his post, saying, "The part about attending daily rallies supporting impeachment was pointed out by netizens to be the act of a namesake of Judge Cha, so I have temporarily removed it from the post," and added, "If that point is true, I apologize for my oversight."
