Man in His 60s Arrested for Killing Wife After Family Report
Attempted Self-Harm, But His Life Is Not in Danger
A man in his 60s who killed his wife on the first day of the Lunar New Year holiday was arrested by the police.

View original imageThe Gwanak Police Station in Seoul announced on the 26th that they have detained a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, on suspicion of murder and are currently investigating him.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of killing his wife with a weapon at his apartment in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, the day before.
When the police responded to a family report around 11:20 a.m. that day, the wife was already deceased.
At the time of arrest, Mr. A also sustained injuries from a self-harm attempt but is reported to be in stable condition.
