Coway Signs '2024 Wage Collective Agreement' with Service Manager Union
Three Consecutive Years of Dispute-Free Agreements
Coway announced on the 24th that it has signed the '2024 Wage Collective Agreement' with the Coway branch where service managers (installation and AS technicians) are active.
Coway and the Service Manager Union have achieved a dispute-free settlement for three consecutive years since 2022.
Coway began negotiations for the wage collective agreement with the Service Manager Union at the end of July last year and reached a smooth tentative agreement on January 7 of this year. As a result of a union member vote, the wage collective agreement negotiations were finally settled with 89.6% approval.
This wage collective agreement includes not only an increase in the basic salary of service managers but also strengthened compensation for overtime work to expand customer-oriented services.
