At this briefing, certificates were awarded to five additional companies recruited in December last year for the 'Gyeongbuk Future Car Green Transition Materials and Components Development Project' and 30 newly recruited companies for the 'Leading Technology Management Innovation Linked Global Expansion Gyeongbuk-type Growth Support Project.'

A total of 85 local SMEs selected as participating companies will receive support this year amounting to approximately KRW 21.69 billion across nine core Ministry of SMEs and Startups policy projects. These include innovation vouchers, export vouchers, startup-centered universities, policy funds, smart factory advancement, support for regional key industry companies, and newly added programs this year such as research personnel support, technology guarantees, and industry-academia-research Collabo R&D.

A representative from Gyeongbuk Technopark stated, "We will earnestly support the companies participating in the 'Regional Specialization Project Legend 50+' to grow into core enterprises in Gyeongbuk Province's main industries and become a new driving force for revitalizing the local economy. We will not spare our interest and support."
