Volvo Cars Korea Launches 'TuneIn Radio' Service
Available on All Models Equipped with T map Infotainment System
Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 21st that it has started offering the global radio streaming platform 'TuneIn Radio' service through the T map infotainment system since the 20th.

View original imageTuneIn Radio is a platform that streams more than 100,000 radio stations, podcasts, news, music, sports, and various other content worldwide in real time. It provides live broadcasts of globally popular sports leagues such as baseball (MLB), American football (NFL), and ice hockey (NHL), as well as popular podcasts around the world.
The TuneIn Radio service can be used together with T map navigation on all Volvo models equipped with the T map infotainment system. Users can download the TuneIn Radio app from the T map Store. Volvo Cars Korea and T map Mobility plan to continuously provide users with a stable and smooth listening experience by recommending suitable channels and excluding channels that are not available in Korea.
Yoon Mo Lee, CEO of Volvo Cars Korea, said, "The introduction of the TuneIn Radio service is part of our efforts to provide customers with more diverse and personalized content experiences," adding, "We will always strive to ensure that Volvo customers can feel Swedish premium in every journey with their vehicles."

Meanwhile, Volvo Cars Korea jointly invested 30 billion KRW with T map Mobility in 2021 to launch the industry's first 'integrated T map infotainment.' This has been applied to all models starting from the 2023 model year. Along with this, they offer a 15-year free support for over-the-air (OTA) updates for all models and a 5-year subscription to the digital service package, providing an ever-fresh smart car experience the more you drive.
