Over 50 Movies Including "Hachuping of Love" Offered at 60% Discount

LG Uplus announced on the 20th that it will hold a large-scale discount promotion on its VOD (Video On Demand) service and commerce platform to celebrate the Lunar New Year holiday.

From the 24th to the 2nd of next month, customers who purchase at least one of the latest movie VODs such as "Sobanggwan" (Firefighter), "Daegajok" (Large Family), "Wicked," and "Hidden Face" through U+tv will be entered into a drawing where 250 winners will receive Emart gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW. Customers who purchase two or more titles will receive an additional 4,000 KRW TV coupon, and those who purchase three or more will receive an additional 9,000 KRW TV coupon.

During the Lunar New Year holiday, over 50 popular movies will be offered at discounts of up to 60%, and popular live performance VODs such as "Cirque du Soleil: Luzia" and "Hero: Live in Cinema" will be available at discounts of up to 70%.

On the monthly movie subscription service "Uplay," the Chinese animation "Yushuyan" (Yu Xuan) Seasons 1 to 4 will be exclusively released for the first time in Korea, along with the in-house produced drama "When the Silver Bell Rings" and popular movie series.

On the data commerce platform "U+Kok," a maximum 10% discount coupon will be given daily at 11 a.m. to the first 1,110 customers. Every Monday at noon, the "Seol Prize Special Offer" event will sell gift items such as beef, red ginseng, and home appliances at discounts of up to 94%.
