For every goal Jeonnam Dragons scores in a home game, 100,000 KRW is accumulated and donated at the beginning of the year to underprivileged groups in the region.
In July, five companies decided to participate in the donation challenge. Since the agreement, based on the number of goals Jeonnam Dragons scored in home games, Geureoso donated 1 million KRW, and the other four companies each donated 1.5 million KRW, totaling 7 million KRW in cash, to the Jeonnam Regional Office of ChildFund Korea. The donations will be used to support underprivileged children in Jeonnam so they can have a healthy and happy future.
Han Changri, CEO of Hanchang Industry, said, "It is meaningful to participate in the donation challenge together with Jeonnam Dragons. I hope today's donation will bring a little hope to children in Jeonnam. We will continue to share with the local community in the future."
Kim Yuseong, Director of ChildFund Korea Jeonnam Regional Office, expressed gratitude by saying, "I sincerely thank the CEOs who have realized the value of sharing through Jeonnam Dragons' donation challenge. We will do our best to ensure that this valuable donation helps create a bright and happy future for the children."
Jeonnam Dragons' "Hope Shoot Sharing Goal Donation Challenge" will continue in 2025 to carry out activities for the socially disadvantaged in the region.
