Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Korea Classic Literature Translation Institute and the Korea Literature Translation Institute
The Korea Classic Literature Translation Institute and the Korea Literature Translation Institute announced on the 14th that they have signed a business agreement.
According to this business agreement, the two organizations plan to strengthen mutual cooperation through academic and policy exchanges. The main contents of the agreement include ▲matters related to the development of institutional projects through academic and policy exchanges ▲planning and execution of cooperative projects for the popularization and globalization of Korean classics ▲matters related to the linkage of human resource development between the Classic Translation Education Institute and the Korea Literature Translation Academy.

In 2013, the two organizations jointly promoted a project to publish foreign language translation planning books of Korean classics to expand the overseas distribution of Korean classics, selecting the Korea Classic Literature Translation Institute's 'Husserl' and publishing its English translation.
In the future, the two organizations aim to promote the overseas dissemination of Korean classics through academic and policy exchanges, as well as planning and implementing cooperative projects. Additionally, to cultivate the next generation of professional translators, they plan to activate educational exchange linkages between the Classic Translation Education Institute and the Korea Literature Translation Academy.
