Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Bang Se-hwan) announced on the 14th that it will sell five parcels of land including 277 Yeokdong, Chebichi, within the Gwangju Station area urban development project zone (6,116.2㎡) through a first-come, first-served private contract starting at 10 a.m. on the 15th.

The Gwangju Station area urban development project is one of Gwangju City's key projects.
