100 Employers of Foreign Seasonal Workers and Marriage Immigrants Attend
Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 14th that it held the '2025 Foreign Seasonal Worker Program Business Briefing' at the Agricultural Technology Center's first-floor farmers' meeting room.
The briefing was attended by 100 people, including employers of foreign seasonal workers and marriage immigrants, and provided guidance on matters related to the entry and work of foreign seasonal workers.

The foreign seasonal worker program is a system that allows the legal employment of short-term foreigners during sowing and harvesting seasons to address the shortage of rural labor caused by the decline and aging of the rural population. Hamyang-gun plans to introduce 224 workers in 2024 and employed 403 workers this year to participate in farm work.
