A total of 2,500 plots, each measuring 9.9㎡ (3 pyeong), will be leased per plot.
The annual rental fee is 2,510 KRW per plot, and one plot can be applied for per family. Cultivation is possible from the opening day until November 30. The opening day will be announced later.
The eligibility for applying to the weekend farm is that, as of the announcement date (January 6), the applicant's registered address must be in Paju City. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of weekend farm rental plots (2,500 plots), tenants will be selected through a public lottery (computer random draw).
Applications for the weekend farm can be made through simple login or non-member authentication on the Paju City website without separate membership registration. For those who find online application difficult, an on-site weekend farm registration desk will also be operated.
