Busan English Library Operates Volunteer Program for Donating English Fairy Tale Talents
‘Fun Reading with Volunteers’
Busan City Gupo Library (Director Ju Nak-seong) branch Busan English Library will operate the ‘Fun Reading with Volunteers’ program for infants and children at the English Library World for Kids from the 8th to December.
This program was prepared to help children develop an interest in English reading through talent-sharing activities by local community talents. The program is conducted by volunteers reading English picture books to infants and lower-grade elementary school children (ages 6 to 10) and engaging in simple post-reading activities.
It takes place every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 3:20 PM and 4:10 PM for 40 minutes. Children who wish to participate can visit the World for Kids room without prior registration. Detailed information can be found on the Busan English Library website.
