Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) announced on the 6th that 24 young people from Pocheon participating in the 'Pocheon City Gyeonggi Youth Ladder Program' departed for overseas training in New Zealand on the 3rd.

View original imageThe Pocheon City Gyeonggi Youth Ladder Program is a project aimed at providing young people in Pocheon with diverse overseas experiences and growth opportunities, focusing on strengthening global competencies.
The training will be conducted at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Participants will stay for three weeks from the 3rd to the 25th, engaging in activities such as language classes and team and individual projects to enhance their global capabilities and broaden their horizons.
One young participant said, "I would like to express my gratitude to Pocheon City for providing the opportunity to grow as a global leader," adding, "Based on what I learn during the training, I will grow into a global leader who promotes Pocheon."
