This was the first public external schedule for the aides since President Yoon's impeachment motion.
Those attending the memorial included Chief Secretary Jeong Jin-seok, National Security Office Director Shin Won-sik, Policy Office Director Sung Tae-yoon, along with senior secretaries.
The Presidential Office also posted a message on its website expressing "deep condolences and sympathy to those who lost precious lives and to the bereaved families who lost their loved ones."
Since President Yoon Seok-yeol was suspended from duty, the Presidential Office has been assisting the acting authority.
