The labor-management team of Korea National Oil Corporation enhanced labor-management partnership by activating permanent and non-permanent consultation channels, while operating various joint communication channels such as CEO town hall meetings and visiting HR-labor and welfare briefings, thereby increasing mutual understanding between labor and management and reducing labor conflicts.
Additionally, through new forms of participatory communication programs such as the joint labor-management Junior Forum, communication leaders with the MZ generation, Linegeum, and Saenaegi Dandan, employees were able to play a role as agents of labor-management cooperation and harmony.
