Silla University Selected as the Entrusted Agency for Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center
Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) announced on the 27th that it has signed a consignment operation contract with Sasang-gu Office and Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center.
On the 26th, the two organizations held a contract signing ceremony for the consignment of management and operation of the Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center at Sasang-gu Office, attended by Cho Byung-gil, head of Sasang-gu Office, Choi In-soon, director of Shilla University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and Kim Mi-hyang, director of Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center (professor of Food and Nutrition at Shilla University).
Under this contract, Shilla University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation will operate the Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center on consignment for three years from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
The Sasang-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center supports systematic nutrition and hygiene management to provide safe meals at children's meal sites located in Sasang-gu in accordance with the Special Act on Children's Dietary Safety Management, and supports the development of nutrition and hygiene education materials and specialized projects for the balanced growth of children.
