Doosan Enerbility announced on the 27th that it signed a business support agreement with the International Nuclear Nonproliferation Cooperation Center (INC) under the Korea Institute of Nuclear Nonproliferation and Control (KINAC) to expand nuclear power plant exports.

View original imageBoth parties agreed to cooperate jointly to strengthen international nuclear nonproliferation and expand nuclear power plant exports. They plan to enhance the nuclear cooperation system with the United States in the field of nuclear security, develop policies for nuclear power plant exports including strengthening the domestic supply chain, and create a favorable environment.
Additionally, to respond to the power demand resulting from the expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) data centers, they will cooperate in the development of Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology and supply chain establishment, as well as work on building a nuclear nonproliferation culture.
