Participation through the 'On Guro' app... 6 individual sections
On-site events scheduled 4 times a year
Guro-gu will continue to hold the ‘Guro Carbon Zero Walking’ event both online and offline in 2025.
‘Guro Carbon Zero Walking’ began in 2003 as the ‘Anyangcheon Love Family Health Walk’ and has been loved by residents for many years. From 2024, the event was newly renamed and established itself as Guro-gu’s representative participatory program that encourages healthy lifestyle habits and promotes carbon neutrality.
‘Guro Carbon Zero Walking’ can be participated in both online and offline.
Online participation is possible through the ‘On Guro’ app, which offers a variety of six walking courses ranging from 1km to 4km, designed for people of all ages and genders.
The individual courses are △ Anyangcheon Riverside Path (Gocheokgyo Soccer Stadium to Sindorim Park Golf Course) △ Anyangcheon Embankment Path (Gocheokgyo to Sinjeonggyo) △ Dorimcheon Olle Trail (Daerim Station to Dorimcheon Station) △ Maebongsan Foothill Trail (inside Maebongsan Jatjeol Park) △ Mokgamcheon (Gwangbokgyo to Gwangmyeonggyo) △ Blue Arboretum (inside Blue Arboretum).
Participants can receive an entry number by passing designated measurement points on each course through the ‘On Guro’ app, which allows them to enter a prize draw.
The offline Guro Carbon Zero Walking event is held four times a year, and specific schedules will be announced on the Guro-gu website.
