Public Officials Receive Passing Grades for Kindness and Administrative Service Satisfaction
The Permit Division of Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province, has been selected as an excellent department for three consecutive years in the Yeoju City public officials' kindness and administrative service satisfaction survey. This achievement is the result of continuous efforts to innovate citizen-centered administration and enhance civil complaint satisfaction.

View original imageThe Permit Division conducts its own integrity and kindness counseling training at the beginning of each month to improve public officials' attitudes toward civil complaints and the quality of service.
Additionally, since 2022, the division has been conducting annual satisfaction evaluations of permit administrative services to continuously promote prompt, kind, and accurate work processing and to improve the quality of permit administrative services. This survey assessed the quality of administrative services, attitudes toward civil complaints, and convenience of procedures, and based on this, service improvement plans were established to increase civil complaint satisfaction. In particular, the permit administrative service satisfaction evaluation received high marks as it led to practical improvements such as simplifying civil complaint processing procedures and shortening permit periods.
This year as well, from November 2 to December 13, a survey was conducted targeting visiting civil complainants and employees of civil complaint agencies, and the opinions of civil complainants will be actively collected.
Through these efforts, the Permit Division has maintained a top ranking for three consecutive years in public officials' kindness and administrative service satisfaction evaluations.
