Hanjin Holds 'Family Day' Event Inviting Employees' Children
Hanjin held an event on the 23rd inviting employees' children to foster a healthy and flexible corporate culture.
Marking its third year since 2019, the Family Day event is designed for employees' children aged 5 to 13. Hanjin planned this event to provide a time for family communication by inviting children to their parents' workplace to tour the site. A total of 42 employees and their children attended the event.

View original imageOn this day, Hanjin held a welcoming ceremony at the main auditorium of the Hanjin Building located in Jung-gu, Seoul, where Hanjin President Cho Hyun-min presented honorary employee badges to the children. Various performances such as magic shows and balloon shows, as well as commemorative gifts, were prepared for the children.
Hanjin is strengthening internal communication to create a healthy and flexible organizational culture. Representative programs to enhance internal communication include dress code liberalization, flexible working hours for commuting, support for in-house club activities, and a buddy program for new employees.
