POSCO E&C will open the model house for ‘The Sharp First World Seoul,’ located on the site of the Sangbong Terminal in Seoul, on the 20th and will begin full-scale sales.
The Sharp First World Seoul, supplied through the Sangbong 9 Redevelopment Promotion Zone redevelopment project at 83-1 Sangbong-dong, Jungnang-gu, consists of 5 buildings ranging from 8 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 999 residential units and exclusive areas of 39 to 118㎡. Among these, 800 units will be available for general sale. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲39㎡ 50 units ▲44㎡ 35 units ▲59㎡ 41 units ▲84㎡ 244 units ▲98㎡ 346 units ▲118㎡ 84 units. The complex is designed with all units primarily facing south.
Special supply applications will be held on the 24th, and first-priority subscriptions will take place on the 26th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 3rd of next month, and contracts for winners will be from the 14th to the 16th of the same month.
For first-priority subscriptions, applicants must have a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit amount requirements by region and area. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of whether they are the head of the household or a household member. Applicants residing not only in Seoul but also in Incheon and Gyeonggi Province can apply. Homeowners also qualify for first-priority subscriptions, and there are no restrictions on re-winning.
For the 98㎡ and 118㎡ exclusive area types, the down payment is set at 5%, with the first installment of the down payment at 50 million KRW, and the remaining balance after the first installment must be paid within 30 days, reducing the initial financial burden on buyers. Additionally, the 39㎡ and 44㎡ types offer interest-free benefits on interim payments, enhancing opportunities for home ownership and investment value.
The Sharp First World Seoul is conveniently located within walking distance of both Sangbong Station and Mangu Station, allowing easy access to five lines: Line 7, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, KTX, and the planned GTX B Line (Metropolitan Express Railway).
